This two-week intensive program is organized in collaboration between the Geographical Institute “Jovan Cvijić” SASA (Belgrade, Serbia) and the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research, University of Arizona (USA), under the scientific leadership of Dr. Ramzi Touchan and Dr. David Meko.
Target Audience: Students (BSc, MSc, PhD), early-career researchers, and scientists working in the fields of:
Dendrochronology and climate science
Water and natural resource management
Archaeology, forestry, and environmental studies
Participants will gain valuable experience through fieldwork, sample collection, laboratory analysis, and the application of tree-ring data in climate and environmental research.
